Birth Support

Accompanying you through the entire birthing process

• 3 prenatal meetings (2 hours each)

  The intention for these visits is to help assist you and your support system in moving through your pregnancy. This is also a time for us to get to know one another and build trust.

  During these visits we will:

  • Discuss the preparation of your birth

  • Discuss preparation of your postpartum

  • Come up with a birth preferences that feel most aligned with you

  • Explore labor coping techniques

  • Practice birthing positions

  • Review the physiological of the birthing process

• Phone and email support throughout your pregnancy (up until one month postpartum)

• On-call for you from week 37 until birth

• Attend to you in labor

  • Physical comfort and emotional support

  • Information to assist you in decision-making

  • Helping to guide medical care towards your preferences

  • Emotional and informational support to partner and support system

• 2 hours of postpartum care at place of birth

• 1 postpartum home visit (2 hours) to process your birth story and support with initial adjustments

  Exchange:

• $1,200 (low)

• $1,600 (middle)

• $2,000 (high)
