I am a queer
second generation Ecuadorian

I’ve spent most of my life in NYC and my mission is to bring my ancestral birth practices to this land.

I am called to defend marginalized people in a traumatic system.

Through advocating and healing the wounds that sterilization and white supremacy have had on the sacred practices of bringing new life to this world.

Training Background

My full spectrum training includes birth, postpartum and loss & bereavement.

I also bring my direct Ecuadorian ancestral practices to my work, which I have expanded on with courses in the Mujer De La Tierra community herbalism school.

Learning Mexican saberes has inspired me to interweave MesoAmerican healing traditions in my work as Vidas Sagradas.

My additional certifications and trainings include:

  • Placenta specialist

  • Childbirth Educator (on-going)

  • Trauma-informed care

  • CPR & First aid

  • El Rebozo for Self-Care & Healthy Boundaries

  • Conception, pregnancy & La Luna

  • Plant-cestors that help us bleed

  • Postpartum healers ( Indigemama ancestral healing)

My calling came from my need to be in service of all life

Care work has manifested in different forms throughout my journey.

I have come to Doula Work now after having reconnected with myself and my ancestral practices on the path to decolonize the sacred ceremony of birth and postpartum.

The rest of my time I practice healing with mother nature through hiking, communing with bodies of water, learning from plant-cestors, beading, and building intentional community.
